Having been in the insurance industry for a while, dealing with high profile clients, Ridhwaan found the need to pursue his passion for property. Initially he started off as an agent under the mentorship of pioneers in the industry, thereafter, after tremendous success as an agent, he was approached by a "big brand national franchise" to manage a franchise in the Phoenix / Mount Edgecombe areas.

Having been part of the franchise for some time where he was restricted to market only in a specific area, Ridhwaan saw the need to open Greendome Property Group to give clients the personal, professional service that they deserve, without any restrictions.
